Frequently asked questions
How much does a serviced office cost?
Prices start from €600/month, VAT excluded. The final price depends on the location, the duration and any extra services: call or write to us and we will send you an exact quote.
What is the minimum term?
There are no rigid terms: the formula suits both clients looking for a stable base and those who need more flexibility. We agree it together based on your needs.
Does the monthly fee really include everything?
Yes: utilities, heating, air conditioning, cleaning, maintenance, local taxes, building charges and insurance on common areas are all included. Only pay-per-use services, such as outgoing calls and printing, are extra.
Can I see the office before deciding?
Of course: we arrange a visit whenever suits you, with no obligation.
Can the office also be my registered office?
Yes, you can add the registered office service: the address becomes the legal seat of your company and our reception handles your mail.
What is the difference from coworking?
A serviced office is a private room for your exclusive use; in coworking you work in a space shared with other professionals.
Where in Rome are the offices?
In Prati, at Viale Giulio Cesare 71 next to the Lepanto metro stop and the law courts, and in San Pietro, at Via della Stazione di San Pietro 65 opposite the railway station.
