How we handle your mail
Every item that arrives — ordinary mail, registered letters, legal documents, courier parcels — is logged, numbered and filed in a dedicated, secure area. For each item you receive an email with sender, date, type and reference number.
You can collect your mail in person or through a delegate, or have it forwarded to another address by courier or Italian Post, at cost. We also retrieve items held at the post office or by couriers, and your name appears on the plate at the entrance.

How to activate it
- Tell us which service you need and at which address: Prati or San Pietro
- Send us an ID document and the tax code (codice fiscale) of the owner or legal representative and, for existing companies, the company registration extract (visura camerale): Italian anti-money-laundering rules require providers of business address services to identify their clients
- We sign the business address contract
- For a new company the address goes directly into the deed of incorporation; for an existing one we assist you with the filings, together with your accountant or notary
- From the activation date you use the new address and we start receiving your mail
For foreign companies and professionals
If your company is based outside Italy, a Rome address is often the first step to operate here: a place where Italian suppliers, clients and public offices can send documents, and where someone collects registered letters on your behalf and tells you what has arrived.
In Italy companies also need a certified email address (PEC) and a tax code; these are handled by your Italian accountant, and the address we provide is the one they will register. If you need a desk or a room when you are in Rome, our offices and meeting rooms are in the same building.

What is the difference between a registered office and a mail handling address?
A mail handling address is simply where your mail is delivered; a registered office officially moves the legal seat of your company to our address, and it is recorded at the Chamber of Commerce.
Can you receive registered letters?
Yes, any kind of business, legal and tax correspondence, including registered letters with return receipt and courier parcels.
What documents do I need?
An ID document and the tax code of the owner or legal representative and, for existing companies, the company registration extract. We will tell you if anything else is needed in your case.
How long does activation take?
Usually a few days: we guide you through every step.
Can I use the address before activation?
No: the address can be used from the activation date, after the contract is signed. Before then we cannot receive mail on your behalf.
