What a day office is
A day office, or temporary office, is a private office you book only for the time you need. It is not a desk in a shared space: the room is yours for the whole booking, with a closed door, a desk, chairs for your visitors and an internet connection ready to use.
It is the most cost-effective way to have a professional setting without investment or commitment: somewhere to meet people, focus or make an important call, with all the services of a business center around you.

How much does a day office cost?
Prices start from €20/hour or €90/day, VAT excluded. The final price depends on the location, the duration and any extra services: call or write to us and we will send you an exact quote.
Can I book for just a couple of hours?
Yes, that is the whole point of the service: you only pay for the time you use, from one hour to a full day.
Do I need a contract or membership?
No, a day office is booked on a pay-per-use basis, even just once. If you use it often, ask us for a tailored formula.
How do I book?
Call us, send a WhatsApp message or email us: we confirm availability and organise everything before you arrive.
Can I receive clients?
Yes, the office has visitor chairs and our reception welcomes your guests and shows them in. For larger groups a meeting room is better.
Is it suitable if I am only in Rome for a few days?
Yes, it is ideal for business travellers who want to meet clients as professionally as in their own office. San Pietro is opposite the railway station, Prati is on metro line A.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00.
