Coworking inside a business center
Our coworking is not a large, noisy open space: desks are in shared offices and on communal work tables, inside an office centre where professionals, firms and small companies work every day. The setting is quiet, air-conditioned and well kept, and there is always someone at reception.
You arrive, settle in and work: internet, cleaning, air conditioning and the break area are included. If you need a private room for a call or a meeting during the day, you can book a day office or a meeting room in the same building.

Two neighbourhoods
Giulio Cesare, Prati. Third floor of Viale Giulio Cesare 71, next to the Lepanto stop of metro line A and less than 100 metres from the Civil Court. The historic centre and the Vatican are a short walk away.
San Pietro, Aurelio. Second floor of Via della Stazione di San Pietro 65, opposite the railway station: four stops from Termini on the FL5 line. Our largest location, 500 square metres surrounded by greenery between the Janiculum hill and Villa Abamelek.

How much does coworking cost?
Prices start from €6/hour or €23/day, VAT excluded. The final price depends on the location, the duration and any extra services: call or write to us and we will send you an exact quote.
Can I come for a single day?
Yes, a desk can be booked for a single day, with no contract. If you like it, you can move to a bundle of days or a monthly formula.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend it, especially mid-week, but there is often space at short notice for single days: call us or WhatsApp us.
What are the access hours?
Both locations are open Monday to Friday, 9:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00.
Are internet, coffee and reception included?
Yes: fibre internet and Wi-Fi, the break area and reception are included in every coworking formula.
Can I meet a client while coworking?
Yes. For a private meeting you can book a meeting room or a day office by the hour in the same building: reception will welcome your guest.
Which location should I choose?
Prati is convenient for the law courts and the city centre, on metro line A. San Pietro is opposite the railway station, reachable from Termini and Ostiense, and surrounded by greenery.
