San Pietro — up to 12 people
A table for twelve with a wall-mounted screen, surrounded by greenery near the Vatican, opposite the railway station. Also suitable for training.
Giulio Cesare — up to 8 people
In the heart of Prati, next to the Lepanto metro stop and less than 100 metres from the Civil Court. Discreet and elegant, designed for professional meetings.
You are never on your own
Our staff welcome your guests at reception, show them to the room and remain available for anything you need during the meeting, so you can focus on what matters.
You arrive to find the room ready, air-conditioned, connected and with your company name on the door. When you leave, tidying up and cleaning are taken care of.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a meeting room cost?
Prices start from €26/hour or €150/day, VAT excluded. The final price depends on the location, the duration and any extra services: call or write to us and we will send you an exact quote.
Can I book a room for just one hour?
Yes, the rate depends on how long you use it: one hour, half a day or a full day.
Do I need a membership or contract?
No. Rooms are booked on a pay-per-use basis, even just once, without being an existing client of the business center.
How many people do the rooms hold?
The San Pietro room holds up to 12 people and also works for training; the Giulio Cesare room in Prati holds up to 8.
Can I book at the last minute?
Yes, if the room is free: check the availability calendar and call us or WhatsApp us to secure it.
Are the rooms suitable for video conferencing?
Yes, both locations have fibre internet and audiovisual equipment for meetings with remote participants; the 50-inch screen can be requested when booking.
Can you arrange catering?
Yes, on request we can organise coffee breaks and catering for your meeting.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00.
