Business Center Giulio Cesare and Business Center San Pietro are part of Alma Business Center, a company founded by MCG Group enterprise (Martella Costruzioni Generali) in 2010.
The core activity of our group is civil construction and infrastructure. We provide security, efficiency and technological-organizational quality while performing important works of civil engineering, restorations of monumental complexes, road works, technological systems, water-sewer works assigned to us by the main National Companies and Boards.
Since the birth of the group in 1948, our strategic line has aimed to operate mainly within the framework of public housing. Thus, during decades, we have established and maintained a trustful relationship with the various public administrations who have assigned us their projects.
In 2009, following the positive results achieved by the top management, we decided to diversify the business by transferring the commitment, dedication, and reliability to serviced offices area.
Since March 2010 Alma Business Centers have been a member of Ufficiarredati.it, the biggest Italian network of office rental with over 70 offices in Italy. This allows us to offer competitive prices in 16 regions around Italy with more than 1400 equipped offices for a total of 3200 workstations.
Our 2 structures are run by Mrs. Margherita M. (Business Center Giulio Cesare) and Miss Diana S. (Business Center San Pietro) while Mrs Anna M. is running our third Business Center in Braciano.Mr Massimo Graziani is the General Manager of Alma Business Center Srl.
